Isabella Grace, our winery's namesake, is my great aunt. She was born in Italy, an only child, and immigrated to the United States with her family in the early nineteen hundreds. To the family's chagrin, Isabella never married and frittered her life away, traveling the globe on the arms of vagabonds and gamblers. Heirloom family pictures reveal Isabella as having a beautiful Rubinesque figure, a long French braid, and porcelain skin. We have attempted to capture the heart and soul of Isabella in our label and in our wines; full bodied yet supple, elegant yet approachable, and always a rousing dinner companion.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in color with aromas of red fruits, black fruits and spices. A well balanced, yet vigorous wine with a medium body and nice after taste. Although four years old, this wine will continue to develop in character over the next couple of years. Drink now or hold a few years for a special occasion. It will be worth the wait!

Very tasty, fruity and vibrant. Nice bouquet with warm nose of Syrah. Discernible tannins but little acidity to the taste. Medium body with a smooth texture and a nice long after taste. This wine is drinking well now and will continue to develop for several more years. Bring to room temperature, remove cork and let breath for one hour before serving.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is comparatively light and fruity with concentrated aromas of blueberries, raspberries and currents. Dark reddish with a garnet edge, this wine is a benchmark Washington Cab. There is a touch of soft tannins but any astringency is eclipsed by the flavor of the fruit. While this wine is showing nicely now, it will continue to develop and gain complexity over the years. Bring to room temperature, remove cork and let breath for one hour before serving.
